No, the USPTO requires each trademark application to cover only one name or mark. If you have multiple names to protect, each must be filed in a separate application.
The price will vary based on the number of goods and services on your application. During the consultation, we discuss everything you are offering and what you plan to offer before providing an estimated price.
Yes! You can file what’s called an intent-to-use application to secure your mark before you start operating.
It depends on several factors—are the goods and services the same? Who started business first? It’s not a simple yes or no. We conduct a name search, assess the results, and then determine the next steps.
I offer a search and file service, which allows you to at least submit the application yourself. You can later hire me if needed to handle any office actions.
